All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email or Instagram DM (if selected) with your tracking details.
2. Shipping Locations:
We currently ship nationwide across the UAE and internationally to most countries.
If we cannot ship to your location, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected method.
Estimated delivery times after your order has been shipped:
Within UAE: 2–5 business days
International: 7–14 business days (varies by destination and customs processing)
