At G3 Bond, every piece is thoughtfully designed and illustrated by hand, produced in limited quantities to celebrate individuality and exclusivity. Because of the unique nature of our collections, we follow a carefully defined refund and return policy outlined below.

1. Limited-Edition & Final Sale Items

All G3 Bond products are created as limited-edition drops with no mass production and no reproductions.
For this reason:

  • All sales are final

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size issues, or styling preferences

  • Once a drop is sold out, it will not be restocked or recreated

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizing details, and images before placing an order.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will take responsibility.

Please ensure that you:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • Include your order number in your message

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement (subject to availability), or

  • A refund to the original payment method if replacement is not possible

3. Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

We will arrange for the correct item to be sent or issue a refund if the correct piece is unavailable.

4. Handcrafted Variations

Each G3 Bond piece is hand-designed and illustrated, which may result in slight variations in color, texture, or detailing.
These variations are part of the artistic process and do not qualify as defects.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

6. Return Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for any approved return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Items showing signs of wear or damage after delivery will not be accepted
